AreaPlay organizes recurring amateur sports groups (soccer, volleyball and more): weekly attendance, guest queue, balanced team draw and fee tracking. We collect the minimum needed to make that work.
Two channels, always optional: app push and email. We only send notices about your group — list opening, spot offers, fee reminders, cancellations, team draw and notices published by the organizer. You can turn each channel on or off in Notifications inside the app.
Nobody, for commercial purposes. Your name, photo and attendance are visible only to members of your groups. We do not sell data, run ads or track you across apps. We use infrastructure providers strictly to operate the service (hosting by Hetzner, email delivery by Resend, push by Apple).
The app records who paid the game fee or membership, but the payment itself happens outside the app (e.g. a direct transfer to the organizer). We never store bank or card details.
You can correct your data anytime in the Me tab, and you can delete your account inside the app (Me → delete my account). Deletion immediately erases your sign-in, email, photo, phone and push tokens. Group history records (who played and who paid in past weeks) remain in the group, unlinked from you — they belong to the group's collective bookkeeping.
